Payment can be made securely online using the online order form. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Access, Switch and Bank Debit Cards. We accept cheques by mail drawn on UK banks. A receipt and invoice will be sent with the goods.
Orders will normally be despatched within 24hours of receipt.
Natural Touch Aromatherapy is able to ship products world-wide. Products are charged by weight and will be quoted by email once final order is packed.
For overseas orders up to 2kg in weight we use Air Mail and delivery is usually 2 days to Europe and most of US. Rest of World 5-7 working days depending on location. A ‘signed for’ service and insurance is optional at extra cost.
For orders above 2 kg a Courier door to door service is used. 48 hour delivery service to most cities worldwide. Signature on delivery essential.
Air freight band sea transport available on larger orders.
Prices and products may have to changed without notice although this is rarely necessary. If you have any queries regarding damaged or missing goods please let us know within 5 days of receipt of goods.
Orders to China
All orders to mainland China will leave by post (maximum 2kgs). It is not advisable to use a courier service as we have experienced problems with Chinese Customs wanting customers to purchase product import licenses. All orders over 2kg will be split and sent in separate postal packages a “signed for” postal service is available at extra charge.
Natural Touch Aromatherapy is a fully paid up member of the Aromatherapy Trade Council (ATC).
Returns Policy / Cooling off Period
You the consumer has the right to cancel and return any goods purchased from Natural Touch Aromatherapy within 7 working days, which starts from the day after receipt of goods.
Goods must be returned with bottles unopend and in perfect condition.
When choosing how to return products to us (post, courier etc.) please bear in mind the suitability of product and packaging and the rigours of the postal system. Natural Touch Aromatherapy cannot be held responsible for goods returned that are damaged in the post.
The cost of returning the product to the company is the responsibility of the customer.
